Your complexity. Our expertise.
01Precision turning
Rotational components made to drawing, including shafts, bushings, threads and complex geometries. Material, dimensions, requirements and quantity inform the manufacturing process. Work includes prototypes, small batches and volume production.
02Milling
Machining of surfaces, pockets, slots, holes and geometries to specification. Milling operations are planned around the part geometry, connection points and assembly requirements. The drawing and project needs determine the sequence and finishing requirements.
03Combined machining
Turning and milling for components that require multiple machining operations. The sequence is planned around the complexity and requirements of each part. Machine suitability and opportunities to combine operations are assessed for each component.
Two brothers. A life’s work.
The next generation.
In 1972, brothers Aharon and Moti Ezon established Ezon Brothers. Their factory became a life’s work: decades of industrial production, investment in modern machinery and relationships with major customers. Through craftsmanship, persistence and a drive to advance, the brothers built a reputation in machining.
Our storyA thorough process for every order
01Review & planning
Every incoming order undergoes a thorough review of drawings, material, dimensions, tolerances, finish and quantity. Customer requirements inform the sequence of operations and manufacturing plan.
02Programming & setup
The machining program, cutting tools, workholding and machine settings are prepared. Setup includes machine adjustment and checks against the drawing before production continues.
03Production & monitoring
Machining is monitored and checks are performed according to part requirements. Attention to dimensions, finish and tool condition supports consistency throughout the batch.
04Quality inspection & finishing
Parts are checked against order requirements and drawings. Finishing and complementary operations are coordinated where required. Quality control accompanies the work from preparation to the finished component.
