Inquiries

The form collects your full name, company, email and telephone to respond to your inquiry and assess a quotation. Quantity, project details and files are optional. Providing information is voluntary, with no legal obligation. Without the required fields the form cannot be submitted; you may contact us by phone or email instead. Authorized business personnel can access submitted inquiries and files. When email delivery is configured, these are forwarded to the business mailbox. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to advertising.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database and file storage. Google Gmail hosts the business mailbox. These providers may process information outside Israel. Information may be disclosed where required by law. External websites have their own policies.

Cookies and browser storage

On this site, “cookies” also refers to local browser storage. Choosing Yes enables optional usage statistics to improve the site: random visitor and session identifiers, site page paths, device category, referring website and estimated active time. Form contents and uploaded files are excluded from these events. Choosing No leaves browsing and inquiries available without optional statistics.

izon_consent stores your choice; izon_visitor and izon_session are used after approval. Change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Refusal stops new events and removes browser analytics identifiers, but does not automatically erase previously received events. Clearing site data removes the stored preference. The izon_admin cookie is used only for authenticated administration, for up to eight hours.

Technical information and security

Network requests include technical information such as IP addresses. The site uses temporary hashed identifiers for request limiting rather than recording plain IP addresses in its analytics table. The hosting provider may process operational and security logs. Login protects inquiry and file access, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Retention and rights

The scheduled task is designed to delete statistics older than 365 days. Automatic deletion has not yet been configured for inquiries or their files, which remain in the system. Email copies and backups may be retained separately. Contact us to review continued retention or request deletion, subject to legal obligations and handling of your inquiry.

Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, you may request access to personal information held about you and correction of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated information. Contact us using the details above. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information.
